How we handle personal information across our college affordability, scholarship, and workshop services.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Who we are

Powerful Visions LLC ("Powerful Visions," "we," "us") operates this website to help students, parents, and organizations navigate college selection, financial aid, scholarships, and graduate fellowships. Questions? Email powerfulvisions2020@gmail.com.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers and contact data — name and email address when you contact us, request a workshop, or share a saved plan.
  • Internet and device activity — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location derived from IP.
  • Content you enter into our tools — affordability quiz answers, scholarship tracker entries, notes, and documents. These are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage / IndexedDB) unless you choose to share or email them.
  • Assistant conversations — messages you send to the Mr. T assistant are processed to generate a reply.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or the contents of your FAFSA. Please do not submit sensitive government identifiers through this site.

Why we collect it

  • To provide and improve the tools, guides, and resources on this site.
  • To respond to inquiries and schedule workshops or consulting.
  • To measure aggregate usage so we can improve the most-used resources.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

Third parties we share with

  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — aggregate usage measurement.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to deliver the site.
  • AI service providers — to generate assistant responses and speech audio.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out below or through Cookie Settings.
