Thomas Holmes — affectionately known as Mr. T — is the founder of Powerful Visions LLC. He is a seasoned, energetic, inspirational educator and results-focused professional with a stellar record of proven leadership, communication, and community development.

His work spans pre-college programs, financial aid administration, scholarship strategy, and technology innovation. Whether running a scholarship bootcamp at Princeton University, coordinating college access inside New Jersey correctional facilities, or leading a university financial aid office through digital transformation, Mr. T has consistently turned obstacles into opportunity.
